Monarch is the superior Ford dealer in the greater Tulare County area. I scheduled service through the Ford app. I’m greeted upon entering and the service I scheduled is confirmed. I’m asked if the vehicle can be kept a little longer so a recall can be preformed during the same visit. Yes, please! During the service I’m called and asked if I want my wipers replaced or my dirty cabin air filter. My vehicle was ready when promised. This is the Monarch experience you’ll recognize as soon as you walk through the door.

On a Tuesday I needed a new water pump in our Ford Transit van camper. Matt said that the van would be ready Wednesday or Thursday. I told him we were leaving on a camping trip. He asked when we were planning to leave. Told him Thursday noonish at the latest. He said “You’ll need time to load it up. We’ll have it ready Wednesday.” In my 50 years of having cars worked on, I’ve never seen such thoughtful consideration regarding a repair. We left Monarch Ford very happy campers, thanks to Matt and the crew. Thanks Matt!

Incredible customer service from the moment they picked up the phone. I originally had an appointment at a different location but couldn’t make it on time. I was redirected to this location and I couldn’t be happier at how it all worked out in the end. I came in for an airbag recall for my ‘06 Mustang GT, luckily they had the parts for it. They even double checked and confirmed to me that they had the parts. It’s so easy to make that mistake over the phone and I’m really glad they took the time to make sure I was good to go. Especially since I was driving from HOURS away. I can’t thank this location enough for servicing my car
