Mobile Repair - Used Car Check-Up

I had new breaks on my car that I got from a shop, and this shop called Promotive Auto is a joke, and left my breaks making a grinding noise after they were brand new. I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks. He cleaned my breaks up for me and helped me figure the problem Out and put my mind at ease. He did this all for free and I was beyond thankful! I won’t be going to shop again and I really appreciated his help!

So I reached out to Mike Monday morning of this past week to get a quote on brake services. I had purchased pads and rotors from AutoZone and just needed them swapped in and out. He was able to arrange this for this past Friday morning at 10am. He showed up at 9:40 and I came out with my stuff and he took a peak at the car and immediately began his paper work. He told me about a couple hours and literally by 11:45 it was done. Not only did he replace everything but he made sure my vehicle was safe to drive and had me test it before he left. Extremely friendly, fast and reliable. I can see why he has such amazing reviews and now I’m here to add to that. I’ll be sure to use him again for my automotive needs and already reached out to friends and family about him. Thanks Mike!! You are a man of your trade and a real professional!

I would give Mike a million stars if I could! I called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon to take a look at a battery issue I was having with my jeep, he fixed that up and a bit later I took it for a test drive and when I got home I noticed a coolant leak from the radiator hose. Gave him a call and he was here within minutes to get it fixed at no extra charge! I am so glad to have found such an awesome mechanic and will be working with him for all 3 of our cars. Being a female in my 20s I have been weary of mechanics in the past but not a doubt in my mind with Mike! He is prompt, knowledgeable, and the nicest guy. Thank you!!

I have been using Used Car Checkup for years and I have never been disappointed. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, very honest and such an all-around nice guy! I just had him replace the alternator in my truck and spark plugs in my car, which he did with ease and got both running like new! As a single girl who had to purchase a new car, I was absolutely terrified that I was going to get taken advantage of! I found a used car I really liked in Temecula, but being a nurse, I know absolutely nothing about cars! I contacted Mike and he answered right away and told me that he would meet me at the Chevy dealership in Temecula! I told him the time and date and he made it work! He showered up right on time, and went straight to work! This man did an EXCELLENT job and he was underneath the car within seconds checking it out! He even went on the test drive with me! He did a very thorough examination, and tested literally everything. He was helpful in dealing with my car salesman also by telling me the things that needed fixing on the car. Mike really gave me the peace of mind to purchase a used car at a time that I didn't have my Mom or brothers with me.
