Our van’s transmission went out on a road trip the day after Thanksgiving. We were very fortunate Mobile Auto Repair Shop & Towing in Lompoc was open and willing to help. José and his team did a complete diagnostic and pinpointed the problem - giving us a handful of options for a solution. We had to get home that night and José was happy to tow our vehicle and my family back to Vista (3.5 hours drive) in the middle of the night - giving us the most reasonable rate of any other towing company in the area. His whole team was super honest, understanding, and accommodating every step of the way, giving us a bunch of tips for the next steps in getting the transmission fixed when we got home. He also stopped at In n Out so we could get dinner. It’s rare to find an auto shop so dedicated to great customer service. Having a vehicle break down in an unfamiliar place on a road trip is a scary thing - especially on a holiday weekend when most shops are closed. José was very sympathetic to our situation and went out of his way to help us. Alternator went bad on a Saturday night up in solvang in 2021. These mobile mechanics picked up my vehicle and towed it to their shop and repaired it over night by replacing the alternator. My car was ready by morning. Now 3 years later I contacted them because I thought the alternator was going bad. I had it diagnosed in my hometown and it turned out to be still good. In the meantime they had contacted my local auto parts store and provided them the warranty information for a part exchange incase I needed it. Great customer service! Would recommend them especially if you're in a jam like I was.

I can't express how grateful I am I found these guys. I drove my RV down from Sac to see the rocket launch this week. On the way I could feel my brakes were metal on metal. I called and was told to bring it in if I could. My rotors were deeply grooved and shot. They ordered them and got me back on the road same day. Thankyou
