On a Sunday,we had a mishap on the way to the desert. The tow driver was excellent and extracted my car with care. (i even tipped the driver $100). Even though they left us on the side of the road with all our suitcases. We were told we couldn’t ride in the truck with the car. The company insisted the car be towed to their yard, rather than off the median so we could see if it drove. We rented a car and continued our trip. When I called about my car they insisted I had to come in person with cash to retrieve it. I called another company who retrieved my car and kept it safe so we could pick it up on our way back. Be wary of your rights. You have the right to tow your vehicle wherever you want. No company can demand cash! And it’s legal to release your car to someone else! I felt taken advantage of by the company. The price was outrageous at $350 and hour and $159 to store it for less than a day-Again, the tow driver was great, know your rights! UPDATE- i was going to change my review to 3 stars until i received a text from a random number…. threatening me and stating the police are involved! (complete fabrication) It was stated it was “Leah” at the company who used a strange number not affiliated with the company to make a threat about having body cam footage.. of us unloading all our suitcases and groceries, where they left us in front of a shopping center!

Great customer service, kind, patient, and understanding of their clients in a hard situation that need their car towed. They are very careful with your car and take before and after photos to ensure your car is taken care of. Drivers are really friendly and kind.
