Great was great. I was given an estimate arrival time of an hour. Technician arrived within 30 min. Was very professional and had my truck on his tow truck in no time. I could tell he loves his job. Forgot to ask his name. But he did a great job. I’m very satisfied with the service!

I experienced vehicle trouble Just outside of Bakersfield. After having a bad experience with another tow company in the area, MJY towing took over the service call. From the beginning, they kept me informed, and their response time to me was very reasonable. JAVIER, who arrived to assist was very professional, and courteous. He successfully got my daughter, and I along with their truck home safe. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Michael came to tow my Tesla, very kind gentleman, I had trouble previously towing the car, as it was completely dead. He jumped it and got it towed quickly, and gave me information about my car and troubleshooting in the future. Good tow company
