MINI of Ontario Service and Parts

Top of the line service and staff! My oil change and tire rotation consisted of a 5 minute in depth video of my cars engine and the details of the service. It was so informative and like nothing i had ever seen before! The staff at Ontario Mini is beyond wonderful and i would absolutely recommend purchasing a car here or having your car serviced here! I love my Mini and Mini of Ontario!

My car battery died out of no where. Recently moved from Orlando, Florida where there is a Mini dealership close by. Finding out the only one close to where we now live in Palm Desert, California was all the way in Ontario was heartbreaking because I had no idea how I was going to make it there….but Mini stepped in and made everything effortless. They sent a tow truck to me and delivered my car all the way to Ontario the SAME DAY. They then offered a COMPLIMENTARY Uber ride for me to Ontario to pick it up. Floored by how easy the whole process was. They truly are the best company. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They continue to win me over with their graciousness and impeccable customer service. Marcos was very helpful. He was easy to contact and updated me throughout the day with the progress. The video thoroughly explained everything that was checked. I was extremely happy with my experience at Mini of Ontario.

I appreciated Kitt at the front computer. He was welcoming, cheerful and helpful. It was the day of the wind and fires- so emotions were high and it was especially nice to have his reassurance that my car was fixable
