My first time at this dealership services department ! services guy who received me was great and professional, he even walk outside to get me when it was just a little rain he didn’t care … got me in , did paper work show me the nice waiting room an a nice way !! already when to two other dealers where i couldn’t get services because waiting time was between 3 -4 hours ( hods dealer at satellite in duluth / and honda mall of Georgia ) i found me a good services here and less waiting time ….. charles strawn thats the right guy!!

Great service. Enzo is my service writer and takes extremely good care of his clients. He recommends only the necessary products needed to maintain your vehicle. Ronnie, in the parts department, has decades of experience. I think he has the entire parts catalog memorized. If they don't have the part in stock, he'll find a way to get it ASAP! While you're there, see Jason in the finance/sales department to set you up with affordable auto financing.

6 10 22 We called in and talked to a nice man who was very helpful. We scheduled an appointment and we went in for service. We were treated great. Our issue with the car was resolved quickly. When we left we talked to Josh who explained everything, he was very helpful and professional. We came to Milton Martin after a bad experience at Honda Mall of GA in Buford and we are glad we did.

After a rather bad day, arriving here for service was an unexpected pleasure. My Honda Fit’s tire had developed a blister (bubble) and after several tire shops not having the size, I figured I’d go to the nearest Honda. There was parking right out front. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the service dept by the man who would end up taking care of everything, Enzo. He took a look, told me to hang out in the (very comfortable) waiting area, and just a few minutes later, gave me the estimate. Not long after that, he was back and the job was done, and for cheaper than the estimate. CHEAPER! Not only that, they washed my car free of charge! It needed it. I didn’t by the car at MMH, they know I don’t live near MMH, but they treated me like a regular. And, I will go back for future service even though they’re not the closest to my home. Thanks Enzo and thanks MMH.
