Welcome to Millennium Repair, located at 1783 Atlanta Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504, USA. Operating under the platform category of "Auto Repair Stations," Millennium Repair offers a range of services and potentially goods related to vehicle maintenance and aesthetics. You can contact them at (470) 290-8528 or their mobile number +1 470-290-8528.

The customer reviews for Millennium Repair present a somewhat mixed picture. On one hand, there is strong praise for their repair services, specifically mentioning transmission work and paint jobs. On the other hand, there is a significant negative review detailing issues with the sale of a salvage car and the handling of its registration. It is important to consider both aspects when evaluating this auto repair station.

One satisfied customer shared their positive experience, stating they took their car to "ATL Millennium Auto Shop" (suggesting this might be an alternative name or a more specific designation of the business) and were "really impressed" with the work done. They specifically highlighted the "amazing job on the transmission," noting that their car now "drives perfectly." Furthermore, they commended the "fantastic" paint job, describing the finish as "clean and smooth" and stating that it "really brought the car back to life." This review indicates a high level of skill and quality in their mechanical and bodywork services.

The same positive reviewer also gave "huge thanks to Javier" for his assistance. They described Javier as "professional, helpful, and made sure the whole process went smoothly." This personal acknowledgment suggests that Javier plays a key role in customer interaction and service delivery at Millennium Repair. The reviewer further noted that Javier "knows his stuff and cares about doing quality work," reinforcing the impression of a dedicated and competent team member. The overall sentiment of this review is a strong recommendation for those seeking "solid work and great service."

However, a contrasting review presents a serious concern regarding the sale of a salvage car. This customer advises others to "Don’t buy a salvage car from here." They recount a protracted issue with the vehicle's tag, stating that they were repeatedly told it would arrive in two weeks, which never happened. Despite purchasing the vehicle at the end of November, the tag was still not processed by the time of the review. The customer had to get the vehicle inspected themselves and eventually had to extend the temporary sticker at the tag office due to the lack of processing from Millennium Repair's end. This negative experience culminated in the tag office worker reportedly stating that Millennium Repair "didn’t do their job right." This review raises significant questions about the dealership aspect of their business, specifically concerning the handling of legal and administrative processes related to vehicle sales.

Given the limited information about the physical environment of Millennium Repair, we can only infer some aspects based on the services offered. As an "Auto Repair Station" providing transmission repairs and paint jobs, it is likely to have:

  • A workshop area equipped with tools and machinery for mechanical repairs, including transmission work.
  • A paint booth or designated area for vehicle painting, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
  • Potentially a customer waiting area or office space for consultations and paperwork.
  • Given the negative review regarding salvage car sales, they may also have a small lot or area for storing vehicles for sale.

The positive review mentioning Javier's professionalism suggests an environment where customer interaction is valued, at least within the repair service aspect of the business.

The services offered at Millennium Repair, based on the customer reviews, include:

  • Transmission Repair: At least one customer reported excellent service in repairing their vehicle's transmission.
  • Paint Jobs: Another customer praised the high quality of the paint job they received.
  • Sale of Salvage Cars: The negative review indicates that they also engage in selling salvage vehicles, although this aspect of their business has received strong criticism regarding the handling of paperwork and registration.

It is possible that they offer other general auto repair services, but these are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. Potential additional services common to auto repair stations could include oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and general maintenance, but we cannot confirm these based solely on the given information.

The features of Millennium Repair, as perceived through the lens of the customer reviews, present a duality:

  • Quality Repair Work: The positive review highlights their ability to perform high-quality transmission repairs and paint jobs.
  • Professional and Helpful Staff (Javier): The positive mention of Javier suggests that at least some members of their team are professional and dedicated to good customer service in the repair context.

However, the negative review points to significant issues in other areas:

  • Poor Handling of Salvage Car Sales and Registration: The failure to properly process the tag for a sold vehicle raises serious concerns about their efficiency and competence in this aspect of their business.
  • Lack of Communication and Follow-Through: The repeated false promises about the tag arriving indicate a lack of reliable communication and follow-through on administrative tasks related to vehicle sales.

Currently, there is no information provided regarding any promotional offers or discounts at Millennium Repair. It is advisable for potential customers to inquire directly about pricing for specific services and to be particularly cautious and thorough if considering purchasing a vehicle, especially a salvage vehicle, from this establishment.

In conclusion, Millennium Repair in Gainesville, GA, appears to be an auto repair station capable of providing high-quality transmission repairs and paint jobs, with at least one staff member, Javier, being commended for his professionalism and helpfulness. However, a significant negative review regarding the sale of a salvage car and the mishandling of its registration process should give potential customers pause, particularly those interested in purchasing vehicles from them. For those seeking repair services, it may be prudent to get detailed quotes and perhaps seek additional recent reviews to form a more comprehensive understanding of their current service quality and business practices across all aspects of their operation. The contrasting experiences highlight the importance of thorough research and clear communication when engaging with any auto repair station that also sells vehicles.

Millennium repair Customer Reviews

Took my car to ATL Millennium Auto Shop and I’m really impressed. They did an amazing job on the transmission—the car drives perfectly now. On top of that, the paint job looks fantastic. The finish is clean and smooth, and it really brought the car back to life. Huge thanks to Javier for taking care of everything. He was professional, helpful, and made sure the whole process went smoothly. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about doing quality work. Definitely recommend this place if you want solid work and great service!

Don’t buy a salvage car from here. He kept saying the tag would arrive in 2 weeks. It didn’t. We had to still get it inspected. We got the vehicle end of November. We were thinking maybe it was taking longer due to holidays, but no we went to ask the son’s owner why it was taking so long but he just said it should be there soon. Just went to the tag office and nothing was ever processing so we had to extend the sticker to 30 days. They suck Even the worker at the tag office said they didn’t do their job right.

Fixed sons car lickity split. Will do business again, local guys are great, even though auto parts store was late with our transmission, the shop was fast! Car was on road within 10 days due to parts late. Good enough for me!

Javier was horrible and petty DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC. Left the car there and got it back with dents! Left headlight wires hanging out. Not worth it
