Having access to unlimited mileage for towing, I was able to bring my car from Detroit to Burton. It was the best decision. I needed a trans for my 10 year old Honda 🚗. Everybody in Detroit wanted at least $3500. The price Milex quoted and 🔒 for me was ½ that price. Glad I had that amount. The transaction happened smoothly. Customer Service was excellent. I drove my 🚗 from their shop to 🗺 Detroit, Canton, Flint, and more highway drives. Here we are a month after the repair, and my car runs like a whistle. My experience has caused me to only do trans work with them and will recommend many others.

I had my transmission rebuilt here on 11/11/23 for $1950 and the rebuild lasted almost 14 months 2769 miles. They blamed the transmission only lasting this short period of time on my having a radiator replacement? They say the radiator is smaller than the one that I had in the vehicle when they rebuilt the transmission? I did have the radiator replaced a few months ago with one that was the original size that came in the truck and I have no idea why that should cause a problem? I think it's just a excuse for faulty work. I'm going to have this radiator looked at by a dealership to verify that it is the correct one for this vehicle and I will be coming back to see you. Your warranty is perfect for you, not your customers. $1950 for 13 months great for you. Then you let your mechanic blow off your customers with some lame excuse. The radiator in the truck is the original size radiator for that truck. Your mechanic is a liar or is ignorant to the original equipment for that year vehicle.

First time customer here with a huge repair. I want to say all nice things about this place because they were thorough and very kind but it took 4 months to get my vehicle back and communication from the shop wasn't always as promised. There were some bumps along the way with replacement parts and moving then closed down but at the end of the day, things seem to be working good. I'm less than a month into a 90 day warranty but so far I recommend the shop.

Had my transmission rebuilt which took almost a total of 2 months with me bringing the truck back and them having to redo the torque converter twice and then for me to pick up and while the truck was in there possession and they drove it around there completely eat my break pads and told me it’s a bad coincidence and that it’s not there fault. I would pick any transmission shop in flint before going here. Save your self the trouble do not go here!

I used to recommend these guys with full confidence, not so much anymore. I gaf to take my car back every year for 3 years in a row. The last time they didn't charge me but kept my car 2 months and cost me close to 10 grand in lost wages. Then the older gentleman at the counter had the audacity to tell me I was ungrateful for asking was my car done after a month. Do business with them at your own risk, I won't ever again.
