I should have known not to go back. Four years ago, I had some maintenance done, including transmission fluid and filter. Way back then, they forgot to tighten the drain plug and lost a quart before tighting the then hand tight drain plug myself. This time around, i get home to find the fluid shooting out of the dipstick. I take it back, and Mike tries to tell me some BS. Asks me if I've been pulling something heavy. No, not since August. And that was a small U-haul trailer then. 😡 I had this transmission rebuilt 2 years ago. There is nothing wrong with it. His technician obviously just WAY over filled it. Just be honest and don't try to BS me..I'm a good mechanic myself, I could have done any and all the "should have been simple" maintenance needed. I'll add this. I went and asked for an appointment 2 weeks ago. Wanted the front, rear diff serviced, trans fluid/filter, and an oil change. Along with fixing the park brake. I dropped it off at 9am a week later. At 6 p.m., they hadn't even pulled it into the shop yet. The next day, without any notice. I went down to check. They handed me the keys at closing time, 6pm. That night, I tried the parking brake. It did not work. Come to find out, it needed another part, the cable. But, don't you think they should've at least checked it before sending me on home?!?! I will never go back! Save yourself the time and stress and find someone who checks and stands behind their work!! BB

We have had most of our vehicles into Mike’s for various repairs and routine service over the last few years. Always pleased with the work. They did some brake work for us and did a great and fast job. I limped the car to the shop with practically no brakes on Tuesday near lunchtime. Most of the work was finished the same day! The only holdup was a part that had to come from Knoxville. I picked up the car on Wednesday. Excellent work. The brakes are better than ever! Thanks Mike as always

I can’t say enough good things about Mike’s Topline! Mike is truly a stand-up guy. I thought I needed my clutch fixed and agreed to the quote, but Mike discovered that it wasn’t the clutch at all.
