Vehicle was unplugged by these two employees twice in one day within a 2-hour period. When confronted I was told they meant to bring over another vehicle to charge even though there was no other vehicle brought over and plugged in to charge regardless of there being enough cord to reach a vehicle plugged in on my other side. My calls and return calls were dodged by the managers until I was forced to confront the representatives face-to-face when I went to retrieve my vehicle after the second time they unplugged it. When I offred to post my number on the car in case they needed to call to have me move. They thought that was a great idea, might do that in the future but with how quickly they unplugged without looking at the car I feel like a sign would be lost on them. I didn't think they care. Be wary, maybe don't leave your car unattended.

Well my car was there for about a week, then I got a rental, had it 2 weeks, got my car back ,still had steering problems I bought parts put them on myself ,and what I discovered was you mechanic didn't tighten the parts I took off , so I'm not dealing with your service department ever again , and the guy dillin doesn't know shit, alway has to ask someone about it, just connect me with them ,

Absolutely terrible service department with unbelievably rude employees STAY AWAY! I have a 2023 Ford Bronco with a service plan. Mike Bass Ford Service treats you like they are doing you a favor for an oil change. They make it extremely difficult to schedule anything online and forget about calling them because they NEVER answer the phone! Don't even think about parking close to the service department as those spots are for all of the rude service employees. Customers need to park and walk through rain, wind and cold because they DO NOT care about customers! I have used the Ford app to schedule service with other dealers and no problems. This is 100% a Mike Bass Ford Service issue because they DO NOT care about customers!!
