I’ve been a loyal customer of Midwest Tire for about 6 years. I’ve had new tires put on 3 different cars over the course of this time. They are honest working men that get the job done right. This place is affordable and it makes me feel good supporting a locally owned small business. They’re fast and the quality of their work speaks for itself! I’ll be a customer for life. I've gone here for decades at this point and they always treat me good and I know they definitely care. Even if you don't know what you need you can trust them to take care of you without trying to get over.

I had high hopes because of the amazing reviews, BUT I didn’t have the best experience. I talked to a few nice people over the phone, then I spoke to a couple people in person that acted as if they didn’t want to work on my car. I brought in my 2020 Kia stinger for an alignment and 4 new wheels. My car was turning lanes to the right by itself on the interstate (that’s how bad the alignment was). After receiving an alignment service from Midwest and 4 new tires, I started to notice it was now pulling to the left. I took it back in to the shop a couple days later so they could take one more look at the alignment. After about 6 hours they assured me the car should be fine. I can now hardly drive it because it’s pulling so hard to the left.

The service I received was very friendly and professional, before, and after my service was completed. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. This was my first time using this company, and I would highly recommend and use them again!
