So I have a coolant leak on my car, I called middle country because of all of the five star reviews, I get Troy on the phone and I’m initially told that the cost would probably be around $3500 for a coolant leak, Bring my car in I’m charged 1325 To replace the water pump. My car is ready. I come and pick it up. Get my car drive out the parking lot and the battery light comes on, Call the shop, Speak with Troy, turn aroundbring it right back, Does a quick little test says I need a new battery OK great. That’s gonna cost around 500. So I go to work at this point Work for a few hours come out on my break to my car and I noticed a puddle next to my car, I get in turn the car on immediately the “refill coolant” light comes on, I get down on the ground and I look to see My car leaking coolant from the same exact spot it was before I brought it in. My coolant leak was never fixed. So I Call Troy in the morning he tells me to bring the car back not to worry, So I bring my car back I come back at the end of the day pick my car up The parking lot There’s a notification that comes on across my My dash telling me I need to service my drivetrain, Now this light has never come on before, and it only came on after he worked on my car. So Being that I needed a new battery, So I bring my car back To Troy with a new battery, hoping that this Remedy the drivetrain error coming across my screen. Mind you every single time I’ve picked up my car nobody has mentioned or said anything about the errors My car is getting, No, they just wait till I get in the car and see it myself And wait for me to call And say something. So I get to the shop and he tells me that he installs the battery Error is still coming up on my dash and I’m like OK well, what does that mean? He’s like well I don I need to diagnose it and we charge 165 an hour and I could have your car up to a week, At this point, I know he is just completely full of shit so I tell him no I want my car back and he says yeah And walk into the back with my car and at this point I He’s tampering with my car. I could just feel it, I just had that gut feeling. I tell him that I’m gonna take my car and take it somewhere else And I’m beyond nervous because I know And I mean, like I 100% No, he’s tampering with my car, causing that light to go off and he knows how to prevent it from And he’s just trying to squeeze money out of me So I take my car out of there I have someone Sure enough there is a wire disconnected under the engine cover, Clears day just disconnected. He also told me when he installed the battery that the terminal was Corroded I had two people look at my battery terminal, There was no sign of corrosion on it. He was just full of shit Not that he also left the wire disconnected from part of my battery so that’s a wire that he left disconnected from my battery and a wire that he left disconnected, causing my car to trip And my drivetrain error to come across my screen, which could’ve done a lot of damage to my car, And he kept telling me it was OK to drive my car. This guy is just a not a good person, He’s dishonest, and so are the ppl that work there. How are you going to tell me you had That the drivetrain light came on after you worked on it and you didn’t think to go take a look and go back over the work that you did, No, he pulled that wire out and left it purposely unattached so he could try to squeeze more money out of me. You know you can buy Google reviews to write you can pay people to leave five On businesses, Yeah, it’s a real thing. Go google it yourself. You can pay to have people leave five star reviews, I would stay as far away from this place as you can because they’re just a bunch of Business people that definitely take advantage of people and try to take advantage of me. I’ve never been more disgusted by a business and how they conduct themselves than I am with this place

Middle country automotive called me a day before my appointment and asked if I waned to have the work done now , I dropped off my vehicle and in just a few hours it was done , there service is fantastic and always thinking of the customer.

I have had a few really good outcomes with this shop in the past. This time I Came in with a tail light that wouldn't work because of a faulty trailer harness install. They unplugged the trailer harness plugged the taillight back in and charged me $215 for that. Now I have no trailer lights. In all fairness they did spend over an hour on the problem but couldn't fix it without more time. I would definitely use them again. Because they have excellent mechanics.

I feel comfortable bringing our cars there because they do a safety check and work with the owner to make sure that their car is in good working condition. Instead of waiting around they brought me back to my house and called when service was completed. Great. Customer service!!
