Don't recommend coming here, came in for 2 tires to get swapped around left with multiple significant gouges and scratching in my rims that were not previously there. They tried to tell me they were but I know every inch of my car from front to back, inside and out. The condition of the rims when I left were no where near the same as when I brought my car in. They may not have been perfect but there were significant not scratches and gouges in the rims when I left.

Dan, as well as all the mechanics, worked diligently and honestly to make sure my car (which was broken down completely at the beginning of the day), would be ready by the end of the day. Communication, transparency, and kindness are what make this spot different than an y other car shop i’ve been to in Philly. Highly recommend.

I took my car here on Monday and have been going back and forth about writing a review. Ultimately, I do feel people should be forewarned about this place, especially women - so here I am. I took my car in for an inspection and when I got there everyone was so nice and welcoming. I sat down in the waiting room & waited for almost 2 hours for my car to be inspected. The girl comes out and tells me my emissions passed but my safety didn’t pass because i need a new front control arm, and quoted me over $1600 for the service and a wheel alignment. As a woman, with very little knowledge about cars, I’m pretty naive in car mechanics , but $1600 to pass inspection seemed insane especially because I take really good care of my car. She must have sensed my panic, because she pounced on the opportunity to offer me a payment plan, which would result in a soft credit pull and $600 monthly payments for 3 months. Once I declined the service, their attitude completely changed. I ended up taking my car to a mom and pop shop and passed inspection for $53. The idea I would’ve been swindled into paying $1600 for something I didn’t need is infuriating and I feel people should be weary about doing business here. It’s been bugging me all week, because they’re prying on people who are relying on their knowledge and trusting their business. I will not be going back to Midas.

The customer service here is the best i had from these chain auto shops. The guy there was respectful nice enough. Did not make me feel like my service was a burden and felt appreciated. Probably a fault on my end, though, I wish they told you prices before service performed. Also the only place I know that let you finance the more costly auto services.
