Walking into the Midas office, I was immediately welcomed by the manager, Chris. He asked how can I help you today. We discussed the problem with my father's truck. We came up with a workable plan despite being short-handed. The technician was very professional, courtesy, and answered all my questions. I soon learned these guys are professionals. Chris at Midas took great care of my car when I brought it in for an oil change. It’s a Prius and requires full synthetic oil and that can get expensive really quickly. Most places are $100+ but with a coupon I ended up paying $69 out the door. I originally went by Jiffy Lube as they had a big sign outside that said “We Accept Competitors Coupons!” but they wouldn’t accept the Midas coupon because it was “Too cheap.” How crazy is that? Anyway, they have a Keurig in the lobby so you can enjoy a coffee while you wait. They can get busy so definitely make an appointment. Also check their website for coupons as well. The coupons are sent in the mail, on the website, advertised elsewhere, etc. All the employees were cool. For a comparison it’s very similar to a Firestone or Valvoline. I will be coming back and will recommend it to friends and family!

Brett and Chris are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanics I’ve dealt with in a long time. I went in expecting an experience that absolutely guts me, because let’s be real: car repair is never cheap or easy. But they made it as painless as possible! Brett even helped me out with their sweet credit card, so it was even a less expensive experience! This is for sure my new shop in LA. I won’t be going anywhere else.

This was my first time here and I was well taken care of! I did make an appointment and they started checking my car out on time, very helpful and professional. I came in for an oil change but I have already decided that this will be the place that I come to and get my car serviced from now on. Brett and his team have gained a loyal customer!

Great service! Chris and Brett took great care of me getting my brakes and rotors serviced. They are real straightforward and fast too! Took it in no appointment and it was ready in an hour after they started work on it
