10/10 experience from beginning to end. I was unfortunately faced with the task of finding a reputable body shop to repair my luxury vehicle after a hit and run. I met Emil initially who immediately made me feel like I chose the right place from the moment I walked in. I then had the opportunity to work with Chelsea and Laura who played such a big part in keeping me updated on the repairs of my vehicle. I am so thankful for Mid Island Collision for the beautiful repair they did on my car. They also provided my car back to me fully detailed with a full tank of gas. If ever faced with the task of repairing my vehicle again, I undoubtedly will be going back here.

Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently visited , and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional service and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Specially CHELSEA she was the best !!! She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle . The quality of the repair was top!!!! and genuine care for customer satisfaction. I understood exactly what was done to my car. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better.If you’re looking for a trustworthy and skilled car shop, I highly recommend Mid Island Collision Center, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

My experience at mid island collision was outstanding. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and helped answer some questions about my car. She then led me to Laura and Chelsea who helped me with any concerns or questions. They definitely made the experience an 5 star. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I recommend everyone coming here to have any body work done.
