This place was TRULY AMAZING and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on a back haul from San Diego to NJ with a drop in Michigan. I needed new belts and Mike helped me at the parts dept get the correct belts and at the best price around. I then went into the shop to see if I could be fit in that same day Thankfully Brent (the lead service tech) fit me right in. Allison in the service dept was so friendly and helpful in pricing everything out for me, as well as keeping me updated with the progress. I ended up needing a few more things replaced than I originally came in for. It wasn’t an up-sale either. They pointed out potential future problems that should be addressed to prevent a breakdown. I took my truck into Reefer Peterbilt for a bad DEF Injector. They told me nothing was wrong and to come get the truck. They changed me $152.00. After I left, I got approximately 3 miles from there shop when my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The truck went into full derate. I took the truck back to them and they refused to refund my $152.00. They told me I had a credit. Tried to use my credit today, they would not give it to me. I'll NEVER use there services again.

worst peterbilt I never been in shop with 13days almost 2 weeks it's new location for reefer peterbilt in new Auburn mi whichs 4 mile from romulus first they told its manifold exhaust is broken and dog clean it takes 3 days then after 3days they said another 4days and then they come with exhaust pipe is broken and then another week they took me $8090 worst part is not the money is the time I never been more then 4 days a shop what ever reason i wish I never been there first place

Horrible Horrible Horrible Service Department, If i could give it zero stars then i would. I Purchased a Peterbilt 337 tow truck from an out of state dealer. i have had to take the truck in for service several times. first i took my truck to auburn hills. they were so rude and unprofessional i refused for them to touch my truck. i picked up my truck and took it all the way to romulus. After a week there my truck was returned to me. After a while we realized that the dash was broken and cracked at the bottom obviously by the dealer and the heat only blows on the floor. no place else. I have attempted to take my truck back 6 times and they tell me that they are too busy to look at my truck. Finally i have had some down time i dropped it off. it has now been at reefer peterbilt in romulus for 2 weeks and they tell me that my truck is now out of warranty and they will not fix anything. The warranty company already paid them for the work and they messed something up. That is not my fault that the service tech does not know how to do his work correctly. the repair needs to be completed at the cost of the dealer. I am really wanting to call Peterbilt Corporate on this dealer. Reefer is putting a bad name out there for Peterbilt
