Billy is the best. Great guy and Charlie is also very good. I have been going to Billy for some 10 years. He is the same today as he was 20 years ago. I have taken all my cars to him.Body work is the best.

The owner Billy is always there to greet you with a big smile. He makes you feel that whatever you need to be done on your vehicle will be okay. He takes the time to hear about not only why you showed up without calling, but always remembers your personal background and family. He is a great man and a honest man. He will not cheat you on a repair and will explain the why's of you auto problems. He will call around to not only get the best price for the part that you need but also will get the best and safe part for your vehicle. He treats you like he family. I recommend him to everyone I know and I know a lot of people in this state. People I recommend come from long island and the Bronx as well as upstate New York to have him fix their cars. I love this man and his business as well as his mechanics and body guys. They pour their blood, sweat and time into every vehicle they touch. They don't do garbage repairs and will show you the part they replaced with a new one. They are of old school customer service and I really love it.

Let me tell you all about the owner Billy! This mechanic and his crew has been keeping us on the road since we stumbled you his shop. He is very reliable, very professional, very affordable and very accurate. I would not trust my car with just anyone, that's why he is my mechanic that I would recommend to everyone! I am a nurse and I was on my way to work a 13hr shift at a NYC hospital .During the Covid Crisis I did not want to take the train so I decided to take my car but I had a problem with my car and was afraid it woupd leave me stranded . So I searched everywhere for a auto repair shop. And luckily I found the only shop open on flushing ave . Metro Lane Auto I explained the situation and the owner Billy was able to accommodate me although he was extremely busy with other customers cars..He noticed how worried I was and he reassured me that he can look at it immediately . Billy and his mechanic was very courteous and took care of my problem. He gave me a very reasonable price . I was able to make it to work on time. And he wished me well and also thanked me for all that we do. HE IS AN ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE .. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs ..thank you Metro Lane Auto
