Metro Auto Body was the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. This place is very professional and treat you like family. If you need your car fixed and done right go here you will not be disappointed. They will even detail your entire car and will look better then the first day you bought it. My overall experience is beyond words can explain. They even offer to have the rental place to pick you up or even help you return your car if needed. This place has the best customer service I have ever dealt with and it was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again guys for taking care of my car and treating me like family. I will never forget you guys and if I need work again I know where to come to.

From the start Kevin, now known to me as Santa Kevin, walked me through the process keeping me in good spirits as I handed him the keys to fix my car. Metro was nothing but pure professionalism. From the start, Reed and Calvin took care of us without a hitch. They were professional, efficient in their communication, and thorough with their work. My boyfriend brought in his Porsche for repairs and we both couldn't be happier! From the moment we came in, the customer service from Reed was outstanding, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Any time we had a question, they would happily answer us, and were even able to get the car back quicker than expected. I can't say enough good things about this shop! Max, Kevin, and Reed went above and beyond from start to finish. They handled the entire insurance process smoothly and made everything stress-free for me. The repairs were done perfectly — my car looks and runs like new. Once again they have worked their magic! I brought my car in this week for dent and paint repair. A tree fell on my car and dented the roof and the top side panel of the driver side door. The metal was beginning to rust, which I was very nervous about. I brought the car to them, and they made it look brand new, literally! I could not believe how perfect the repair looked. They quoted me a very fair price and went above and beyond the repair. Not only are they fantastic at their job, but they are professional and extremely easy to deal with. They really offer you a comprehensive explanation of what will need to happen and set my mind at ease. If you ever need any body work done, this is the place to go. There is no one more qualified than this shop. If I or anyone I know ever need any repairs, I will be recommending them right away!
