These men work hard! Normally I am a NTB customer. I had a screw in my tire, and it's about 25 miles back to the house. Pulled in before 6pm, roughly 5:53pm, with a nail in my tire. They refused to look at it. The entire location was pretty much already closed before 6pm, lights off. They didn't express any sort of concern, or provide an alternative point of service recommendation. Google Maps connected me to Mena, which stays open until 9pm. They just rocked it. Done and done.

Purchased 2 used front tires on Sun. Left front was flat on Mon. Took back on Tues. Owner replaced. Right front flat on Thurs. Employee replaced on Fri. Sat left front was flat again..At this point. Had not driven 10 miles all week! Had to pump up tires everyday for a week! Left front twice a day sometimes! I went to Tire Choice on N Pleasantburg and got brand new tires. For a few more $$. The staff there is great!

The gentlemen at Mena Tires were so kind and helpful!! We needed a new tire for a road trip at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate us when no one else in town could at 6pm on a Saturday. We feel much safer now leaving for our long drive to Florida. Thank you, Mena Tires!!!
