Spoke to a kind gentleman last night around 4pm. He said they were open till 3pm Christmas Eve, I just needed an oil change so I called to confirm I wasn’t inconveniencing them by dropping the car off at 11am and picking it up at 1pm. When I called this morning before drop off, HENRY let me know that it in fact WAS an inconvenience and clearly stressed to us that he was not going to wait and wanted us to pick up the car at 11:45 because he wants the shop to be closed by “12-12:45 pm.” Lost my business, you could have been so much kinder Henry. And if the website allows you to schedule appointments at the time you say you close, then you should fix the hours ONLINE or CALL your customers to give them a heads up.

Got a flat on the I-10 at around 3 a.m. in the morning with a spare tire in the trunk that popped the week prior. After a tow and a long night, got my tires looked at first thing in the morning and the crew here had it patched up within the hour. Incredible service and expertise from everyone here. I'm from out of town but I could tell through other customer interactions that these guys aren't just here to fix up and maintain vehicles; They're here to build lasting relationships. If you don't have an auto shop as a go-to, surely this is the one. Doesn't get any better than this.

My daughter had her catalytic converter stolen from her car, so we brought it to Meineke to get a new one installed. Nick took care of us and was extremely helpful and professional and they got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommended.

Nick is your go to there . He will take care of you . Check engine was on had diagnostic done and then the repair to fix the problem work was done very fast . Everyone there is really nice and professional. Great service and great pricing.
