Staff here were very welcoming and polite. They were able to schedule me within the same week, as opposed to other places in town. The staff here also were very patient in explaining to me what my car needed. I just moved into town from Oceanside, and will continue to keep coming to Meineke for service because of the good experience I had.

I have been there several times & have been treated with exceptional courtesy, car taken in immediately, fluids, tires checked without asking. The mechanics are all certified & knowledgeable, fixing my problems promptly & well. This place is really honest & very fair in their prices. I recommend this garage highly.

Chris was able to get me in for an all around brake job last minute for an amazingly affordable price. I was on a very tight budget but like everyone else in California, need my car to stay on the work grind, but with a very tight budget (slow season at our own business), so very worried about cost. Chris not only quoted a reasonable price but also got the work done same day. I went from full grinding to a slow, painful stop to a beautifully quiet, smooth, and responsive stop just like the day I got my car. We've been here before for other small jobs, but, I think it's safe to say we've found our primary mechanics in our little town of Fallbrook. Thanks again Chris, you've won us for life.

The reason that I am giving 3 stars is because the people there are very nice. But this is the second time that by showing me my filthy ac filter but not cleaning up the mice mess before putting it back in, they allowed a palm tree seed to fall and break the fan. Now i have to get that repaired … again. When i say I only want an oil change, please dont mess with anything else. Corporate policies dictate they HAVE to show me ten other things that might need attention but if i wanted that i would ask for a full inspection. Oil change means oil change, THATS IT!

My experience here was phenomenal! Kevin was great from the time I called to the time he handed me my keys. I had my Jeep towed here to have one of my hoses replaced; They got me in & out pretty quickly even though they were pretty busy. They are lifesavers!!!
