They are all provided great customer service especially Rob he was very helpful. Only constructive feedback is they should be a little more time time efficient. As for the customer's unless you are ready to wait an hour plus inside a small office area that doesn't have refreshments no water, no coffee, no mints have cab money to go home and wait and cab money to get back to the Meineke (LOL).

The guy at the counter was very accommodating and he explained everything to me. He was very kind and still passed me even though I had a small Crack on my driver's side mirror. He fixed the windshield wipers. The rubber part was coming off and he also fixed my left rear tire which had a nail in it. He was fast and didn't over charge me. Cool dude. I would go back. Hopefully he's there.

I didn't get names. But both of the guys working were super knowledgeable and personable. While I received terrible news about my car, I feel like The Guy was as honest and straightforward as he could be. I always appreciate it when I don't get jerked around by my mechanic. Thank you!

I went here twice, the first time I was told to sit and wait. I waited for 45 minutes, until I had to use the restroom (in which he told me to go ahead but there wasn't any tissue) so I said I would be back. Yesterday I went back and this time he took my information but told me he has to charge me $150 just to look at it and take it for a test drive. However he would waive that fee if I get the repairs done there. After which I asked if I could just get a wheels alignment in which he said you would have to come back for that. I even showed him coupons that I got from the website but he said those weren't good there. Smh do better for your customers the economy is already hard on us...so quick update I did call to see if y'all could try to better assist me and was told the same thing on the phone and was told that he did indeed remember me, so why even reply to my review. I'm confused

Thank you for doing a great job on the car and an even better job with customer service. Brian gave me an estimate for all the we wanted done on the car before he started. Chris did a great job working on the car. We did brakes all around, wheel alignment and oil change. The price was what I expected and I got a call as soon as it was completed. You just got a customer for life. Thank you again. Gerry

Very rude customer service. Brian? His name was.. I think Been a returning customer for oil changes, so it kinda sucks. I had to a few questions about a service and to make an appointment/plan to stop in, but no patience whatsoever and made me feel really dumb. I told him, don’t worry about it I won’t come back if this is too much to ask of you. He responded “thank you” You’re welcome Brian. Won’t be back.

I was sent to Meineke from the automotive shop I was getting work done because there’s wheel alignment machine was down. Brian was friendly and professional. The work was done quickly. A happy and satisfied customer am I.
