If you have a problem with your truck - don't take it here. Steve will be nice talking, but will not fix your problem. We took in our truck with the transmission problem. He said it is broken transmission and needs to be changed. So we went and spent $8k to fix it. Took a month to replace it. It was one excuse after another. A month later we got the truck back. Guess what - a week later - the SAME EXACT problem. Now it is an electrical problem. Took 3 weeks to figure out how to fix it. We finally got the truck back, drove for a week and guess what? The same exact problem. It would be fine if someone tried to work with you, but when the person takes no responsibility- it gives a red flag that the place cannot be trusted. Don't go there, unless you want to down your vehicle for a long time with a small chance it will be fixed
