Don was amazing in the service department. I was worried that we wouldn’t get my daughter’s car fixed before she had to start her semester on Monday. My car was diagnosed & repair completed in close to 24 hours. His customer service was amazing. Even when we went to pick up the car. He was on the phone. He greeted us with in just a few minutes & told us he would be right with us. He then put his call on hold & got us checked out quickly. People just don’t do that these days. I really appreciate Mears getting my girl back up & running before her semester began. Just one less thing she had to worry about. We will definitely be back for her car needs.

We always have our truck serviced there. These people are trustworthy and treat you like family. They take good care of our truck.Don is great to work with and does all he can to help with checkups,service and any issues that may arise.

Just had a CVT transmission replaced in a 2013 pathfinder due to failure. Don Stallman, my service advisor, was patient and knowledgeable when handling the repair. That vehicle will go to Mears for all future repairs. Exceptional customer service.

Mears Nissan was a great experience! My battery had died the day before on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. I had it charged which caused my check engine light to come on along with a message saying my collision indicators were malfunctioning. When I called about my concern on a Monday I told them unfortunately I had to wait for the weekend to bring my vehicle in since I didn’t have a car to use and I commute a half hour to work. I was offered a loaner vehicle for the day and they were able to get my car in the morning! My car ended up with no major issues and they took care of another issue and went ahead and replaced my FOB battery since it was low. I ended up running late to pick up my car because traffic was backed up on 77 South from Akron. They stayed open after 6 so I could pick up my car! I did arrive at 6:08 but really appreciated that they were willing to stay open until I could get there! I have worked in customer service in many industries for over 30 years and this is truly one of the best customer service I have ever received!

I would like to thank Don and the entire staff at Mears Nissan for the care and concern they provided me when they worked on my car. It was done well and speedy, they provided transportation back home after I dropped the car off and for pick up when they got done.. I felt as though I was part of the Nissan family and not just a customer. Thank you again
