MDP Diesel & Auto Repair

Usually my experience with Mechanics is a lot of doubt and skepticism regarding the scope and magnitude of the work suggested. This is the first time in my life I had 100 percent confidence in the job being performed, the integrity of the shop doing the work and the honesty of the price and fees charged. MDP had a communication system via App that was amazingly informative. It kept me abreast of every move, each step of the way with pictures, real time communication and price adjustments, which made the job a seamless experience and quicker than I ever thought possible. A brand new engine literally installed four days. I drove out feeling confident that it was a job well done and I had picked the right shop. Update: I had a separate mechanical issue while in another state I called MDP for a reference and they got on their collaboration system and found me a mechanic that handled all of my issues. MDP then stayed in touch with me and the garage to make sure everything was being handled properly and I was back on the road in no time thank you MDP for going above and beyond.

This place was amazing. This is my first diesel truck and called 7 other shops and they all denied taking it in because how many issues it was having and didn’t want anything to do with it. Hear about MDP diesel in Jackson mi from a buddy of mine and he said they were a great place. With a 15 minute phone call they had all the knowledge they needed to take it in and figure it out for me. I talked a lot to Steve and Kim and they had my truck completely gone through and put me in the right direction to get her back on the road. I paid for 1 hour and they gave me that hour and a hour free of work to really help me. They were very helpful and understanding people I was low on money so they helped me out there a lot. And they are very upfront people to and are into it for your best interest and that is a very rare thing this day and age he actually figured out what they could till they couldn’t anymore and called me because they said it was unfair to charge me more money then what I’d get in knowledge for my truck. They could of went along with it and had me pay a lot more money to them but they stopped it because it was unfair to me. Shop is very very nice. Would recommend to absolutely anyone with full confidence they would be satisfied with what they pay for in the end of it. Next time I need something out of my knowledge with my truck. I KNOW WHERE IM TAKING IT. MDP DIESEL 👍🏼 there towing company they work with is very cheap too so if your truck won’t make it like mine it only costed me 115 bucks to have it towed 45 minutes one way back to my house. There the best if your reading this don’t hesitate to call them

My husband and I have just recently moved to Jackson. Heard about MDP through a flyer we got in the mail. The service was excellent! Told us to make ourselves feel at home and even walked away with a small thank you gift. Such great customer service (and the price was so reasonable to top it off!)

We trust MDP Diesel & Auto Repair! MDP took care of our sons truck. He had more issues than as a young adult he could afford to fix all at once and MDP worked with him to make sure he did the essential things first. They are honest and care about their customers.

My first time here and am very, very pleased! Great communication with me. Great repair work. One item needed just a quick fix without replacing anything which shows their honesty. Pleasant staff to work with. I received a nice surprise when I arrived to pick up my vehicle and then another thoughtful surprised inside my vehicle. I would give 10 stars if I could. Todd & I would have given MDP Diesel & Auto Repair a 100 stars if allowed. We are THANKFULL for Y'all! We are Very APPRECIATIVE of Matt, Brandon and the rest of the MDP TEAM. Brandon did an AMAZING Job on Todd's Ford F250 Super Duty, he is an EXCELLENT Mechanic, Very Talented and we were Very Impressed by him. Matt is AWESOME; Kind, Caring, Friendly, ALWAYS willing to answer our questions and Kept us in the Loop with Timely Updates. Matt ALSO made us feel Heard and that was Important to us as the last Repair shop we took Todd's truck to made us feel Dismissed. Matt & Brandon We Valve & Appreciate U Both! MDP is the place to go for your car repair needs. The staff is incredible, and the communication is outstanding! Matt made everything so easy and really cares about customers. They even took me home and picked me up when the car was finished. It was a 3 - to 4-hour fix. Enjoyed both drives and again, very easy and friendly to talk to while on the commute. I highly recommend this place!! 5 stars across the board! I'm so happy we found this place!

After struggles with other shops, I'm extremely happy with the service and job that MDP and their staff did for me and on my car. As the repairs became more extensive they walked me through the entire process and educated me thoroughly on what and why these repairs needed to be done. The constant communication was a welcomed relief! I really appreciated how they worked with me on the final cost, especially given the amount of service involved - it showed their commitment to customer service. Their honesty and eagerness to help me out absolutely astounded me. Thank you MDP! I'd give you more stars if I could!
