Took my car in to get my air conditioning fixed. Had taken it to a few different places, and all the quotes were pretty high, so I took it here thinking it would be fair pricing. They started off very friendly, and allowed me to drop my car off while I was on vacation. They gave me the highest quote of any other place that had looked at it, but I told them to just fix it, as it was only supposed to get hotter this summer. After my week long vacation, they still had my car in their shop for another two weeks, waiting on a part. I was understanding, because I know things like this take time. After paying over $700 I thought that I would finally have air conditioning. But after two weeks of having my car back, the air conditioning got warmer and warmer until it stopped blowing cool air completely. When we called back, they told us to bring the car back in. From the start they were very annoyed that they needed to see the car again. They had my car for another week (four weeks total) and failed to find the issue with the car. They claimed they “weren’t going to work on a car that someone else had worked on” even after we had told them countless times that no one else had done any work to it except for them. They then told us they would charge us again to fix the problem they failed to fix the first three weeks they had it (and again, cost over $700) and absolutely refused any refunds. They didn’t even apologize for not being able to fix it. I don’t know about anyone else, but I can’t afford to throw away $700, just for a place like this to basically say it isn’t their problem. They put a bandaid over the issue, and don’t want to take responsibility for their mistake and own up to the fact that they don’t know what they’re doing. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not take your car here, unless you’re wanting to waste your money and be disrespected by the owner of the shop. Absolutely ridiculous, and extremely upsetting.

Jim is amazing! Fixed our fuel pump quickly. Stranded in Ohio from VA while camping at Deer Creek, Jim even ran us to the store to get provisions and checked in on is the next day. Thank you ! "Y'all" are truly good and honest people.

I ended up having another mechanic take care of the issues my car had, because of cost. My boyfriend took his vehicle there, and while he thinks they're a little pricey, he's very pleased with the work they did. When they find problems with the auto, outside of what you brought it to them for, they call you to let you know and obtain verbal consent before initiating additional repair. I highly recommend MD Automotive!!

They were absolutely wonderful! I am from Maryland visiting with family here in Ohio and my car starting making a horrible noise. In a near panic I looked up the closest Automotive garage, hoping that they could at least look at my car. The men working were terrific! They were so kind; lovely fresh coffee, heartwarming conversation and a fixed car! I am so happy I am able to enjoy my family with no stress!

Absolute life savers! My husbands car broke down on 71S over an hour from home. We had it towed here on a Sunday night when they were closed praying they’d be okay with it. They were so polite about it, helped us tremendously, and held it for a day until we could make it up from cincy. Absolutely fair pricing and quality work. We won’t hesitate to stop on by again! If you live local and these guys don’t repair your cars, you’re missing out!
