Best lift I've ever had! Third on my 14 Ram 2500, and hands down rides and drives way better than either of the previous. Now if I had only gone with the 10" instead of 8" oh well...

Lift kit and components in general look good. Read a good amount of negative reviews over their Powdercoat so I opted to get my kit re done. I do know it did chip easily (mass production Powdercoating) . My gripe with mcgauphys is their customer service, I ordered my traction bars through switch suspension when they arrived I took out the hardware kit(bag),tossed out box and took parts to powder coating. I started installation Sunday and quickly realized the small hardware to hold in the inserts was missing. I called them today to get a set sent out only to be told that I need to pay for this and/or shipping. For THEIR mistake on a 1300.00 item! Update: 8/5/24 they actually did send the hardware kit at no cost. Took switch performance to contact them and get it done.

I don’t understand why they can’t cancel a simple order. Parts didn’t fit at all , didn’t attempt to use them. When you order company should let customer know there is no returns or refund before they decide to order any parts. Did not sign anything that stated I couldn’t return it to get my money back. Bad business but now that I see all the reviews , their customer service really needs some work and to be trained to discussed important stuff that’s on the company policy. I have lifted about 4 trucks with their lifts plus a few other ones for friends but I guess I will take my business else where.

Mcgaughys has my business for any of my trucks I get. There Lift & lowering kits are some of the best in the market for the right price. What really has me sold with Mcgaughys is the company's customer service they are here to make sure you get what you want they wont pressure you to make a deal or try to upsale something so they can make more $ that to me is how it should be 👍👍
