On the night of June 25th, 2020, I accidentally locked myself out of my car when I had to make an emergency bathroom stop along a stretch of 50 East. Both my keys and my phone were locked inside and I had no extra car key on me. A man who knew some people in McArthur stopped by to ask if I was ok, and said he would see about getting someone out to help me. He came back later to say someone from McDonald's Muffler was on their way. A man came along later and got my door open within a minute! I never did get the names of either the man with the white pickup truck, or the man from McDonald's Muffler, but I can't thank them enough for helping me out and making sure I got to my home in Parkersburg, WV, safely!! Both men were so nice and polite and eased my anxiety about being out there locked out of my car. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for rescuing this damsel in distress! I'm making a point to get a copy of my car key and hang it around my neck so I won't be caught in that situation again in the future! LOL!
