Just wanted to praise McCarters Towing and Recovering for my experience today. For one they came out on a Saturday which I was told that doesn’t happen usually, two they did a fantastic job getting my 1973 Chevrolet C10 home, and 3 the owner (didn’t catch his name) just had back surgery and was unable to work but made the tow happen for me through his other associates. Guys, my truck coming home meant way more than just a vehicle coming home, and it means so much for y’all making it happen. I will definitely be using you guys again, thanks again so much!!

Ryan went above and beyond covering my topless Jeep with a tarp after it needed to be towed during a rain storm. Awesome dude

Towed our Tesla with a flat tire to the Charlotte Tesla store for repair. Also gave us a ride. The driver, Ben, was polite and professional. Truck cab was neat and clean. Would recommend highly.

They say they were in business 22 yrs but can’t take a debit or credit card . Cash only probably because they can’t count change because they seemed so intoxicated! Them she wanted to charge me additional dollar per hour to go get correct cash . Lousy , rude service… the owner wasn’t even there .. but he should monitor his redneck who wanted additional money .,to get the funds and she lives Nextdoor in a trailer.I I just wish they would treat people professionally as I did . No , they never said cash only EVER!!!and she was cussing me . I will be sure to put a call to Landrum police to never just call these unprofessional folks again . I still haven’t got my car because they won’t answer the phone and I have 4 numbers !!!!
