Terrible customer service and they rip you off. Trying to sell me $1500 for new brakes, should be $800 max. They forget to reset my service meter, I drive 20 ft away, not even off a the lot, turn around, and ask them to reset it. They try to tell me I need to make another appointment provide paperwork showing the service. I’m literally talking to the guy who less than one minute prior handed me back my car. I will never come back here.

I have had service done on three CX-5 models over the last 8 years here and have always found the service department personnel professional and courteous. General maintenance, tire repairs, and explanations of the work performed are always given. Wait times are dependent upon workloads so it could very prompt or a bit of a wait (if you wait there) if it’s busy. Overall it’s a good service department.

Brought my car a 2020 in for routine light on service. I am expected to sign for work over $680 for what I asked? She said it was all routine after so many miles. When all I needed was an oil change and inspection .What I needed was $137 big difference ha??? Be very careful dropping off car - make sure you know exactly what is being done and what it will cost. I will not be back. People were ok looks like they are told to squeeze in as much work as possible.

Terrible. My 2 year old car was towed in due to a battery issue. The service advisor Gian Carlo ignore my calls over 2 days regarding status update. Then they tried charging me a service fee for a battery issue that’s covered under warranty. Great experience with sales but service department has TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND
