My daughter is very happy with her car and my wife and I were pleased with the care Peter took in looking after the sale in a responsive and pleasant manner! I was nervous going in because I had read a bad review so my guard was up, but Peter’s patience and guidance through the registration and stickering and general set up of the car put my mind at ease. It has become clear to me that the buying experience is an important part of their business model and they aren’t just trying to turn a quick buck. Great service and quality work is what I've always received from Max Motors. I've been bringing my cars in for over 15 years now because I know that they operate with integrity and have my best interests in mind. When Avy tells me what work needs to be done, he always makes sure I know what is urgent and how that work will affect my car and driving. He talks to me in plain English and makes sure all my questions are answered. Once when I brought my car to Max Motors, I had an issue that was covered under warranty due to a recall. Avy explained to me what I needed to tell the dealer to have it repaired under warranty. That kind of integrity and care for his customers is hard to find these days.
