There are angels that work at Mavis Tire & Brakes, Union SC! Tonight I was traveling I26 East. I needed to get to my mom’s 83rd birthday gathering, but hit something in the highway near Clinton. While waiting on the tow truck to come change my tire because the officer nor I could get the tire off, I called Mavis in Union to see what time they closed; 6pm. It’s 4:30pm and I’m waiting on the tow truck. Fast forward…I called to tell Mavis I wasn’t going to make it before they closed. My GPS said I would arrive at 6:10pm. Tiffany, Josh D and Josh G stayed until I got there at 6:10pm! I had bought my tires at Mavis in Spartanburg in May 24. Tiffany said, I was a Mavis customer, she did not want me out on the road without a good tire and wanted me to make it to my mom’s birthday gathering. I highly recommend Mavis Tire & Battery overall but most of all I recommend that you get your next tires or service at Mavis Tire in Union SC! They treated me like they would treat their family, with care. Thank you Tiffany, Josh D and Josh G for going over and beyond the call of duty! You saved the day! Oh, also I had purchased the tire protection! Saved me money!!

Ron, Tiffany, and Chris showed exemplary customer service. They were very helpful during my visit today. The grounds are very well kept, building was clean, inside and out. I was helped in a timely manner, and things were explained to me in detail. I am glad I made the decision to come to Mavis Tire, and will be returning in the near future.

Eddie and Chris greeted me nicely and worked quickly. Good price matching too. New girl in there will get the hang of it here soon but she’s doing great, team helped her out. Recommend this place. Friendly environment and nice smiles.

I had a nail in my tire. Mavis repaired it quickly and professionally. I worked with Ron and Chris. They explained everything in detail and quoted the price right away. I will definitely visit here again.

My wife took our car there on a Saturday to see if they could replace a headlight that had gone out. They told her that it would take an hour to do it and the charge would be $180. Needless to say we told them not to do the job. I took our car to our normal mechanic today and he did the job for $23.68. I was outraged at the overcharge that was attempted on my wife. You are crooks.

I needed an oil change on a Saturday when everything else was closed so I went to Mavis for the first time. Ron was so nice and helpful. He explained the services available and took care of me right away. They have won my business and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service and extremely kind people. They helped my sister,nephew, and I get home as we poped a tire. They went beyond to make sure it got fixed so close to close and make sure we got home safe. This place will always have my business and I'd I could give 10 out of 10 I would.

My first time to Union's new tire and break shop was a wonderful experience. I pulled up and was greeted kindly by Tiffany and explained that my tire sensor was going off when we had just left home. She immediately had me pull around and Lucas jacked up the one side of my van to check the tire. I had three nails that thankfully were able to be patched. I'm due for new tires so I asked Tiffany if I could get a few price quotes. She explained the difference in the tires and prices and shared that they also have a warranty for a little extra per tire, that would cover the patch or replacement of the tire if I was ever in this situation again. I will be purchasing my next tires from this location and plan to bring my husbands truck there when he's due for new tires. Tiffany and Lucas were very helpful and even entertained my two girls while they were "unpatiently" waiting lol I'm so thankful I went there and that there are still kind folks in this world. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
