First time going to Mavis had a awesome visit. Entire place was clean. The whole staff was very friendly and professional Service was a 10/10 would recommend this business to my family and others! You guys do a great job Keep up the hard work!

Entire staff is awesome. It was my first visit to Mavis tires. Definitely a positive experience. I found the entire facility clean, and organized. The staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and professional. Helped me find the right tire for my vehicle and kept me in informed about the progress of my tire installation. Tire techs are personable and work as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied 100%. The entire staff is a 10. Will definitely have them take care of my tire and battery needs in the future.

I visited this tire shop 12/21/24 to fix a nail in my tire. I called 30 minutes before closing to check if they could accommodate me, and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, a employee walked out of the customer waiting area, where two other employees were sitting. He asked if I had cash, saying he’d get one of his “boys” to take care of me. I told him I planned to pay cash but didn’t fully understand what he meant. His response was, “That’s good, we got you.” He then approached another younger employee, who seemed motivated by the mention of cash and quickly agreed to do the repair. The tire was fixed without issue. When it came time to pay, I went to the register, but the employee told me to pay his coworker directly, saying, “We’re keeping this off the books.” I asked how much, and the younger employee replied, “Whatever you want.” Another employee chimed in, saying they usually charge $30. I paid the $30 directly to the employee and left. While the repair was completed quickly, the experience felt unprofessional and unorganized. Given the shop’s clean and polished exterior, I expected more professionalism and ethical conduct from the staff. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but this encounter left me questioning the integrity of the business.

The customer service was a 10/10! I called twice on information and received the same answer, the same respect and guidance. Upon showing up it was exactly that excellent service that was fast friendly and very respectful. While there I even heard interactions with two different customers and it was the same kind, respectful and professional. Honestly it was probably one of the most respectful interactions I have seen in a decade. I’m quite impressed.
