Mavis Discount Tire

I would really like to thank Frank and team at Mavis discount tire in Copiague. I had such a poor experience at another location over last summer so I was hesitant To go back to Mavis, but I was blown away by the service here at this location. The shop was opened promptly at 8 AM on a Saturday morning, and Frank handled rush of customers effortlessly was personable and worked with each customer to address their needs. I will not hesitate to return for my next job on the car. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a shop so organized and efficient

Frank, Kim & the team at Mavis are wonderful. Every time I have been here the service has been incredible. They do great work and it’s done quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Frank for always being personable, honest, and helpful. I always appreciate his effort to work with me and get what I need fixed at a reasonable price. If you ever need anything done with your car and you are in the Amityville, Copiague, Lindenhurst area come here!

Real shady stuff happening. The last 2 years, I came in for an inspection. Everything is fine at the time of inspection. Less than a week later the check engine light came on. I take it back. Manager Mark says they don't do check engine lights but he knows a guy he can refer me to? 2 years in a row? Also they got my wife on one of these referrals last year and when she had issues with the work done at this other place, suddenly Mavis has nothing to do with it. Don't do the referral then! Never. Again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Frank, the manager, could not have been more helpful. So honest and knowledgeable- I felt completely comfortable with following his advice about my car. He never tried to upsell me or suggest unnecessary work. This is the only place I will go from now and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Frank’s customer service skills were outstanding! I was in a really tight time crunch and needed my popped tire fixed and he was able to squeeze me in. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and the company and he’s one of the reasons this place is running as great as it is! I need to get my brakes changed, a new battery and my car reinspected and I will be back all because of my experience with Frank! Thank you so much!!!
