Hans at Mavis Tire is amazing! I stopped by to get air in my tires, and he was incredibly attentive and helpful. His customer service was top-notch—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customers, and Hans truly stands out. I recently visited this Mavis store after seeing the Presidents’ Day Brake special. I called and spoke to Julian on the phone and he ensured me that the special was a great deal. The manager Tye was also helpful and showed me the brakes that needed to be replaced. I felt comfortable with the entire process and I will come back for future repairs. Thank you Tye and Julian!

I have come here twice now- once for new brakes and two new tires and again today for a new battery after my car wouldn’t start. I had a long day at work and was really dreading spending the rest of my night in an auto shop but the service was so fast! I was in and out in under 30 min. Everyone here is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. I will for sure be coming back for anything I need with my car.

Truly recommend this location, i had an amazing experience. My car’s service got done in a quick yet timely manner and hasn’t had any problems since. The manger up front, Shabbir, was very polite, well-spoken and helpful. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

I received great amazing service from Ty. He took out time to explain what was needed on my car for my safety. It was explained I needed new tires and a oil change. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Ty for your professional and kind service. I am very please with the service I received.
