Joey was amazing. Great customer service! They were able to squeeze me in and I really appreciated it. Replaced my tire really quickly so I could get to work. Would definitely recommend this location. I plan to come here again if I ever have future issues.

I had a great experience at Mavis in Massapequa Park. I made an early appointment to replace a tire that had a huge piece of metal attached. They were quick and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Where do I start... I wish I could give 0 star... Kept my car, did not call me when the service was done. When I went to collect my car and pay the bill, they closed with my keys in the store.. I had to drive to a friend's house to pick up my spare so I can have my car for work the next day. My tire light is still on and my Headlight was still off... I gota bill with no receipt for what services were rendered. I have a strong feeling that this would have never happened if I was a male customer... NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been coming to the Mavis in Massapequa for years; for both small scale and big jobs and I’m always completely satisfied with the service. Raj is always professional and helpful and Joe at the front desk is a perfect gentleman. I’ve only ever had positive experiences coming here. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Had such a great experience coming to this location. Staff was so nice and friendly. They gave me the exact details I needed for what service I got done. The service was actually faster than I expected as there was quite a wait. Definitely turned my day around as I didn’t want to leave the house to get this work on my car done today, haha. Definitely going to recommend to everyone I know!

I have known Raj for years and never had an issue. I first worked with Raj in valley stream and followed him all the way to massapequa. He is an honest person. He will let you know what you need and when you need it. He doesn't try and take advantage. If he says you need something done on the car he means you need it done. If he feels you are good and can wait he will let you know. He is trust worthy person. He has dealt with all my cars for the past 10+ years.

Jason is a great mechanic and manager here at this shop! The fact he was able to quickly handle my tire needs and move onto to help another customer while being ALONE is impressive! He's a vital necessity- especially on the fact that HE KNOWS CARS. And knows not to over fasten the lugs 👍🏾! Great service 👍🏾.

Went here because I had 2 nails in my tire and was going to fix it myself as I sat next to the air pump. As I was working on it, one of the mechanics named Joe noticed me struggling and offered to help. Mind you, I had no appointment and it was about 7pm and he mentioned he’s been there since 8am (4/3/25) and he was still offering to help. He helped me out a ton, very smart guy, gave me a bunch of tips and tricks. Super nice guy and wouldn’t accept the cash i tried giving him. He told me “that’s why i got into this business because i like helping people.” 10/10
