Mavis Discount Tire

My experience was extremely a great. The service was amazing 👏. Want to particularly single out Anita. She is so engaging and made my experience @ Mavis worth the trip. Her customer service was 10 out 10. She is truly an exemplary worker. Would recommend Mavis highly to anyone because of Anita. Part 2. I mistakenly identified the wrong tire that needed to be replaced. I notice this error when I arrived home. I called Anita and she told me that it wasn't a problem. I could return to Mavis by the end of the day and the technician will make the changes. I arrived around 4:30 and was greeted once again with Anita. She informed Russ that I made an error identifying the tire that needed to be changed. Russ stated that he completely understood and had the tires corrected without any charges. Thank you Russ and all of the technician at the Mavis @ 275 Franklin Avenue.

My mechanic was closed on Saturday and I went to Mavis. Anita at reception was pleasant, efficient and very helpful (I needed to borrow a phone charger). The waiting area was clean and spacious. My rear tire pressure was running low and they found a nail in the tire. Lucio the technician had me out in under an hour. It was a stress free and very positive experience! Thank you!!

Russ is the best. I have been going to him for 25 years. He is always accommodating to whatever our needs are. Recently, I stopped in 30 minutes before closing with a nail in my tire. He took me in, had it fixed & out the door in 30 minutes. They are the best!!

Brought my car in to have a noise checked in the front end. They checked it out, called me about what the problem was and gave me a price. I approved the quote and they had the car ready in an hour after. Excellent customer service, I always use them for my tire services and any kind of service that they can handle
