paid for new tires and alignment however when i got the car back alignment was not done and caused my tires to separate. took it to another shop who actually caught the issues thank god. do not come here they’ll make you wait hours and wont even do all of the work but still charge you for it of course. if you live in the area go ANYWHERE ELSE for your own sake

I had a great experience at this location! Christine went through my options and prices and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed to buy for my car. I also left valuables in my car and they were right there when I came back to pick up my car. I’m so grateful and thankful. So happy I had a great service for my car here. Thank you!

Horrible service! Came 10am and left at 1:30pm for car inspection while the place was empty! Anyone comes with other service takes priority over inspection. No apology for delay. I came 3 years ago and was kept 4 hours waiting for the same services and thought they may have changed. For sure I will not come here EVER AGAIN or even recommend anyone and not even my dog to this particular branch of Mavis at Bethpage, NY.

Thank god for Mavis!! I called them 25 minutes before they were closing to get my tire plugged and they told me to come in! They quickly fixed my tire! Everyone was great, helpful and so nice! Highly recommend this mavis!

My dad dropped my car off for inspection and service was great. Charles was prompt at taking the car in, inspection and then letting us know it was done. Always very happy with the service we receive at this location.
