Maurer helped us move an A-7D airplane 5 years ago. They were awesome throughout the process, flexible in an odd situation and awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to used them again. These pictures just came up in my Facebook memories and it prompted me to share and leave a review.

I was broke down way out of their normal service area but showed up anyway sooner than they said & other towing companies closer said they couldn’t come out. Not to mention the other companies quoted me twice the amount that Maurer did. Wrecker driver Seth showed up professional & polite, worked his tail off to get my brakes released & handled my truck with respect. Kudos to Seth. Great job. The tow bill was a few dollars more than quoted but that was to be expected. Great job Maurer! Thank you!

I was stranded more than an hour away from home. Called them to see if they would sell me a fitting I needed. Not only did they decline to sell me the fitting but tried to capitalize on my dire situation by offering a tow and repair. No thanks.

$1,380 for a HD tow, less than 3 miles. Total time 1.3 hours, charged for 3 hours, plus charged additional time for pulling driveshaft. When questioned on the bill, no adjustments were made. Horrible company / customer service.
