I received very first class service from this team!!! I needed a quick fix from a punctured tire. They had the replacement tire, but ended up being able to actually repair the original tire. They saved me about $300, so I was very pleased with the service I received. 5 STARS!!!

I walked away with four new tires that had known more, I would not have purchased. This stems from expectations I had after talking with Patrick, who answered the phone when I called for tire information. I thought that by buying Goodyear ComfortDrive tires, I would get a $80 rebate and that just by signing up for a Goodyear credit card, I could save an extra hundred-plus dollars. When I arrived to get the tires, I learned that I actually needed to use the credit card to pay for the tires. What's more, I needed to unlock the access to my information at the three credit agencies. Had I understood that this is Goodyear's way to finance my tires, I would have not chosen the ComfortDrives, as the $100+ was a factor in choosing them over Michelin's Defender2. I did not get the credit card. That the rebate for ComfortDrives is $60 was just icing on the cake. My experience at Matthews Tires has left me wondering, among other things, what incentives are in place for Patrick and Matthews Tires to push Goodyear tires. UPDATE: After posting the above assessment, I was contacted by Melissa, who understood my concerns and after discussion, we agreed that the problem boiled down to "miscommunication". She offered to replace the Goodyear tires with the Michelin's that I actually preferred, for the cost difference of the tires. I accepted the offer and this time when leaving Matthews Tire, I am quite satisfied and appreciative of Matthews desire to gain that satisfaction. I will now recommend Matthews to others without hesitation.

Friendly employees buy suspicious service practices. dropped of my car to have the front tires replaced and get an alignment. they checked the alignment (all straight no need to align) with the OLD tires on (IDK why you wouldnt do it with the new ones on) then decided they didn't want to replace the front tires because the back tires were worn. So effectively paid $70 to have them do nothing to the car. Will be taking future business down the road.

Always great service at Mathew’s Tire! I also want to call out their moving to a no weekends work schedule for their employees. It makes a lot of sense, and is bound to retain employees long term.

We are long time customers and have had our vehicles serviced, and purchased tires for several vehicles with good results until this time for new tires on our Lexus Rx350. The tire install seemed to go okay but the next day the service tire light came on, the tire pressure was good so assuming maybe that the sensors may need to recalibrate themselves so we drove for a few days with no results. We called the service department and got in to get checked, after checking we were informed that two sensors were bad and it would be over $212 to repair. We questioned that it seemed odd that they would both fail after having new tires installed and employee said that it happens. We believe it is more that a coincidence that two sensors would fail only hours after having new tires installed and are not happy and believe that something happened during the changing of tires that caused the sensors to fail.
