I had a terrible experience with this towing company. They were highly unprofessional, uncommitted, and caused me a great deal of stress. I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I had a minor accident where my car slid off the road. Thankfully, it wasn’t damaged, and the police were available to assist. The police called this towing company, and they arrived to tow my car back onto the road a task that took no more than five minutes. However, they charged me an outrageous $475 for this minimal service. On top of that, when I asked them to tow my car home, they refused. The driver was only concerned about getting paid but showed no willingness to help beyond that. His attitude was aggressive, and the entire experience added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I strongly advise against using this company. Their pricing is predatory, and their customer service is terrible. I also plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities to prevent others from experiencing the same treatment. Avoid this company at all costs!

Good people there and honest. Tell guy Mike was awesome to work with Emily at the desk. Does a phenomenal job and owner Joe is a hero many thanks to you all getting it through a tough spot.

$100 dollars to unlock my husband's vehicle at Saratoga Hospital. My husband was so upset over his Dad and then paid that amount.

We bought a used car from them and they were amazing. They put new brakes, a battery, windshield wipers, fixed the air conditioner, new tires.. etc. The process went very smooth and everyone was wonderful. A month after buying the car the starter went and they came, towed the car for free, and put a new starter in for free!! Definitely recommend using Matt’s Auto! They are awesome!!

Avoid this place at any costs Sadly, my car was towed by those guys this morning from a parking lot 2 miles away from Matt's The lady on a phone told me it will cost me $240 to get it back. IN CASH. She insisted they do not do credit cards Ok. Came there with cash only to see the sign on a wall about credit card use. Ok. Asked the lady why is $240. She replied because 4WD is much harder to tow, while looking at my tiny Prius C. Ok. Without apologizing for trying to scam me for extra buck she gave me invoice without actual receipt for transaction. Did not have time to argue. Stopped by Matt's after work to request the actual receipt for my records. Old gentleman at the office (driver?) informed me they do not do receipts in general and that I should not bother them with such silly matter
