I have been coming to Mike at Matrix for about 15 years. It is true what they say, it's hard to find a good mechanic. Especially one that you trust. I trust Mike's judgement and advice which is why I keep coming back, regardless of whether the car is Japanese, German, or American. I've referred multiple people to Mike and all have been happy. If you want a mechanic that is straightforward, honest, and does top quality work, Mike is your guy.

Never go here for car repairs or you will find yourself humiliated! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I walked here today to fix my car’s air conditioner. An employee named Mike had a very, very bad attitude. He was very angry and told me that they didn’t accept new customers except you acept someone introduced him And I was introduced by someone. He was so so so rude,He's acting that like no one in the world can repair cars except him, don't come here to repair cars unless you like to be humiliated! ! ! ! !

Mike the owner is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I have been going to matrix auto for 2+ yrs now from oil changes to mechanical and sensor problems. Mike has taken care of everything without any upsell at reasonable prices. I can trust Mike to do the job right everytime.

Mike is clearly one of the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He not only explained what was needed, he explained what was not needed. Very reasonably priced! The man is a wizard when it comes to Toyotas and Lexus's. I bring my 2010 Lexus RX350 to him and always feel confident that the job is getting done.

I have been going to Matrix Auto for years and have never had a problem here. The repairs done are always top notch, the staff is honest, and the mechanics always stand by their work. Prices are fair and much cheaper than dealerships. I always refer friends here when they need work done on a vehicle. Can't recommend this place enough.
