Dustin was amazing and accommodating to all my needs! My car stopped running and I had to pull over at a residential area early on a raining morning. I called Dustin and he was able to get to my location within about 15min or so and drop off my car at my local mechanic. He was genuinely awesome to speak with and I will recommend his services to my family and colleagues. Thanks Dustin!

Dustin was here when he said he would be, great customer service, and treated my car like it was one of his own. He took his time and even put special tracks to make sure the front or rear bumper didn't get even close to hitting the concrete. He took a stressful situation for me, and made it pleasant and truly made the customer first. Finally, he texted me when everything was dropped off at the Tesla service center and sent me a video to show me where it was dropped and that it arrived safely. I would HIGHLY recommend Dustin and his team to anyone that values customer service, attention to detail, quality, and just kind human beings making an honest living. So glad I found Mathews and will not hesitate to use them again and will gladly recommend them. Thank you Dustin!

Matthews Towing assisted our company with an atypical towing request as in it was not your usual car tow. We needed a very large toolbox moved and then an electric airplane tug moved between our facilities. Dustin was on-time, charged a very fair amount, knew what he was doing and then the best part of the whole experience was his friendly and appreciative personality. And as a bonus he wasn’t local (as in our immediate vicinity) but traveled a significant distance from his operation base to get to out facilities. Matthews towing is super quick to arrive to your location. And pays attention to details very professional. Also his auto repair shop is the most honest shop
