Mason is the best. My Subaru Forester was banged up by an uninsured driver, so I had to go through my own insurance and pay the deductible. I didn’t really know what I was doing, so I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went with E&M. He hooked it up. Mason went above and beyond to get my car looking brand new. In the Wild West auto body repair, Mason is a very honest and reliable guy who will get you fantastic work at a great price.

I had work done at this body shop a few years ago and was extremely happy with the work and customer service. After my son got into an accident I sent him to Mr. Mason. Not only did Mr. Mason advised him, he got in his car and drove my son all the way to Queens to get his car and took it back to his shop. He also took my son to get a rental and set up the appointment with the adjuster. He called and broke everything down to me and I gave him the go ahead to work. Within a week some of the parts came in and work started immediately. Most impressively he traveled to Pennsylvania to pick up a part. The car was ready ahead of the time he gave us. Excellent service.

If you live in the Flatbush area and need your car repaired, I 100% recommend going here. They did an amazing job replacing the rear passenger's car door (which had deep scratches on it), and painting the car door, which made it look brand new. Not only were they super quick (got my car back in 5 days), they were reliable, and inexpensive. Big thanks!

Mason took care of me. I came to him with a broken bumper in need of replacement and damage to the grill of my vehicle. He offered me a reasonable price. Had my car done in a few days. No hassles. No tricks. Good communication. Great work. The car looks perfect. Cleaned her up and returned her like new. Will absolutely be back.
