Took a vehicle for repairs for an insurance claim. They charged insurance for a reconditioned hitch that wasn't replaced, charged for decals they didn't install, and charged for body work prep and paint which is clear in the photos.

This shop had a car for over 8 months, kept telling the customer that they were waiting on parts, gave the car back and did not complete all the repairs. when the owner was confronted about the repairs he lied, saying that the repairs were added on later and he didnt see them. Told the customer again that he couldnt find the parts and declined to finish the repairs that the insurance company already paid him for. Lied about repairs, unprofessional, disorganized, poor communication. The work that was done was poor workmanship. took the car to a different shop the repairs were finished in a week with new factory parts.

I am so happy with the paint job on my truck. I would recommend Martinez Collision Center without any reservation. I sent my 2002 Ford F350 in for a repaint. It took just over two weeks to have it done (in case you don't know, that is really fast for a quality paint job). The price quoted was about 20% lower than other bids I got. While the truck was there they texted me a few pictures during prep, it was cool to see the progress. I added spray in bed liner to the project toward the end. They had no problem handling the extra work on short notice. When I came to pick up the truck, I couldn't believe how good it looked. My truck shined better than a brand new one, no joke better than a new car. I was happy to get the truck home. I have some friends that restore cars, they were eager to come by and inspect the truck. They were blown away at the quality of work and agreed it was as nice as most the cars they at car shows. The only drawback is I'm now afraid to park it in busy parking lots. I park at the back of parking lots where there are fewer cars and have a little more distance to walk. Totally worth it. Great job Martinez Collision Center!

So, I was driving by and I thought; why don't I get a quote at this place. Sure glad I did. Jaime and Junior nailed it! I've had body work done in the past that was always flawed, but not here. Color matched beautifully, body work flawless. In and out as promised and price as quoted. Thanks for a great job guys!
