We use to love Mark Motors and have bought quite a few cars from them over the years, however we have slowly been purchasing our cars from a different dealership due to the rudeness of staff. The service employee Pam was very rude today on the phone in regards to a car we still have that was in for service and was purchased through them. That just solidified for us that we will be purchasing from someone else and getting our vehicles serviced somewhere else.

Went in for service, got 4 new tires and oil change because it was time. Losing 12 lbs. of air in a day in one tire but they couldn't find a leak????? Another tire about 2 pounds. Never gave me a new sticker for updated service either.
