I had an extremely disappointing experience at this auto service center. I was charged $200 for the installation of an air intake. While I had no issue with paying for it, I would've appreciated an explanation as to why the cost was so high. When I questioned the pricing at the time of installation, I was met with disrespect and condescension. Even going so far as to ask if I knew what an air intake was, as if questioning my knowledge and implying that I'm uninformed. Chris, who I assume is the manager or owner, claimed that I had been informed about their flat-rate charge, but I was never made aware of this information beforehand. This level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I feel misled and taken advantage of by what seems to be a dishonest business practice. I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking fair and respectful service.

Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, honest and extremely efficient. This business is managed impeccably and it is reflected in every employee.
