Main Street Tire and Brake

I went there for an alignment and to get tires on and balanced and they aligned my tie rods but didn’t touch my upper control arms so my alignment is still bad and it still pulls to the right and my steering wheel isn’t even straight. They mounted my tires and didn’t even balance them. And on the phone they told me 130 and after they did it they charged me 150. I have all new parts on my front end so it is very easy to adjust. I will say they are nice and told me some other problems I had that I needed to get fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I Told the guy my car was shaking really bad at 55-60 , asked him to see if he could figure out why. Told him I was hoping it just needed a balance. Came back about 40 minutes later, he said that it was out of balance so he balanced all 4 tires and charged me for it. Drove off it was still shaking. Took it home and took off each tire, if he had actually balanced each tire he would have noticed that my rear passenger had a huge hump in it and also that the wire was starting to stick out. So they didn't do what they said they did and basically stole money from me. Will never go back

I wish I could give 0 stars but this is the only way for everyone to see this. My van was skipping and needed spark plugs. They told me $310...then called me later and told me it would be $1200. They got the $310, but I got a van that will only run about 30 miles. I don't know what they did, but please do not use them for anything. They need to close it down.

Each experience I have had with Main Street Tire and Brake has been excellent. The guys are more than willing to help and even got our vehicles in and done the same day on two separate occasions.

By far one of the worse shops I've been too. Car road fine, drove fine. , tires we're going bald after 3 years, this was simply a maintenance stop. I don't own an alignment machine or sell used tires. 4 used tires and an alignment. Experienced auto tech writing this. They didn't remove my old tire weights, and balanced my tires as motorcycle/racing tires (one weight on one side) When I went to get my vehicle, one tire was flat. They replaced, but didn't even balance. I bring up the balancing practices.they say that's how it's done.(It's not). I'm going 50 pulling hard to one side and the car vibrates excessively above 50mph. Waste of money, waste of time, the mechanic threw an item in front of my child when I pointed out a flat tire. Just insane. Buying new tires and alignment elsewhere as I write this. I tried to deal with it...cause it wasn't cheap...but the car is junk after they worked on it. Can't image if it was something critical. Wish I could add video of this steering wheel shaking. The biggest thing ....it was maintenance....they did this damage that needs repaired immediately. This could ruin a suspension. Very hard to handle. I could see this making an accident happen.

Don't buy tires here.we brought some 4 of them and spend 520 dollars and 2 of them was bad cheap and wires stick out and they want help us to replace them very bad people
