I wanna tell you my experience with this service. We can start with the name , “Magyar”, meaning Hungarian, nobody is European over there, the boss is Puerto Rico and he have 3 African mechanics that don’t speak English, so it’s kind of hard to communicate with them, that’s why he hired a translator, that doesn’t have knowledge about cars too much. I bring my old car in the shop, I explain the symptoms and I tell them my opinion what it can be, since I drive my car daily. They do a quick diagnosis in 30 seconds and they give me the name of the piece. I trust them and pay upfront the piece, after many hours of waiting, the car has the same symptoms, nothing changes Coming back to the shop, next day and they give me another piece, I’m asking them if are sure that’s everything since the piece are asking to change, was just replaced 2 months ago, the boss is saying yes, I trust them again. And we are here in the third day, the car is still not fix and they ask for other 2 pieces, they don’t give me any price for the parts and the labor, they just fix it, not asking me , if I would be ok with the price . I’m asking them why couldn’t tell me that before, since I told them that will be the problem, not the first 2 parts they fixed already. The boss, named Steven, started to say they didn’t know until they replaced 2 other part, definitely not professional. I’m going to the shop to pick up my car, after I spend a lot of money. I pay them, without arguing and my car is misfiring and the brake is extremely heavy, can’t even drive like that. I’m going back saying the problem, the boss being disrespectful is telling me that they didn’t touch my engine. Eventually I talk with the translator and they still don’t believe me at the beginning. I’m talking nicely and ask if they can please take a look at my car, the translator, a very nice guy, said ok. The mechanic take a look and see the problem, they worked over there and forgot to connect something. In my opinion I wouldn’t go back over there, hope my review helped you to pick up a good service

Great service. I had issues with my car, with leaks, and hitting potholes. This shop gives you your bang for your buck. No overcharging. He even diagnosed the issue for half price. Offered a free oil change and most importantly honored it. Ask for Stephen or his son. They are honest and willing to help.

The service here is excellent!! They're great with prices too and very professional. I was able to get my oil changed and ask questions about future work for my car. The staff was very helpful. I already sent two people over to get their cars fixed.

Please stay away of the auto service, it’s a long story, but short story, they replaced my power steering pump, after 2 weeks it got broke again, since that wasn’t the problem and they didn’t put all the bolts back on the pump. Steven is the owner and he has 3 mechanics that doesn’t speak any English and a guy who translates and doesn’t have any idea about car. Please save ur money and don’t go in the Bronx at this service!!
